Every effort is made to ensure you, the customer, are completely happy with your purchase and shopping experience.  Items bought in-store may, with the proof of purchase and in the original packaging, be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange – we do not refund.  For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be exchanged.

If an item is out of stock we will put you on the waiting list and contact you as soon as it is back in stock.  Alternatively, if you would are looking for an item in one of our collections that we don’t stock, we will make every effort to order it in specially for you.

 

Any watch, bought in our store, under Warranty and in need of servicing, can be sent off for you and we’ll notify you when it’s back.
